Cookie and advertising notice
This notice describes cookies and similar technologies that may be used on gypes.com. The current calculators work locally and do not need an account.
Essential delivery and security
Our infrastructure provider may use technical identifiers or similar mechanisms needed to route requests, protect the site from abuse, balance traffic, and maintain service reliability. These functions are not used by Gypes to read calculator inputs.
Cookie-free performance analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is active. Cloudflare injects a performance beacon from static.cloudflareinsights.com and receives real-user performance measurements through /cdn-cgi/rum. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, or other browser storage and does not fingerprint individuals for analytics. It therefore does not create an analytics cookie on your device.
Cookie-free reference-rate request
The currency converter requests a public daily reference-rate CSV from the European Central Bank. Gypes does not use cookies or browser storage for this request and does not include the entered amount or selected currencies. The ECB service receives standard network request information; details are in the Privacy Policy.
Advertising technologies
AdSense account-verification code is active. During site review and after approval, Google and advertising partners may use device information, IP address, browsing signals, cookies, or similar technologies to verify the site, serve and measure ads, limit repeated ads, prevent fraud, and personalize advertising when consent and law permit.
Consent controls
Where Google advertising is active and applicable law requires consent, Gypes must use a Google-certified consent management platform configured for the site before consent-dependent advertising technologies are enabled. Google currently requires a certified platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework when publishers serve personalized ads to visitors in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland. The availability and wording of a consent message depend on the live AdSense Privacy & messaging configuration; the presence of the AdSense loader alone does not prove that a message is active. When configured, visitors must be able to revisit their choices through the live message or privacy controls. Google explains the available choices and consent-revocation behavior in its European regulations message documentation.
Browser and Google controls
You can delete or block cookies through browser settings, although doing so may affect some site or provider functions. Advertising personalization can also be managed through Google My Ad Center.
Current status
At the date shown above, Cloudflare’s cookie-free performance analytics and the AdSense verification loader for publisher pub-6167532442766622 are installed. Ad serving remains subject to Google’s account and site review. No custom ad units have been placed in calculator controls or navigation. This site’s source directory cannot verify the region-specific live consent-message configuration; the site operator must confirm it in AdSense Privacy & messaging before consent-dependent ad serving.
