Gypes does not currently publish a private contact address. A public note can be left on the anonymous message board.

Reporting a calculation issue

If you use the public board, include the full page URL, the non-sensitive values you entered, the result you saw, and what you expected. This makes it possible to reproduce and test the issue.

Privacy and safety

The message board is public, not a private support channel. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, financial account details, medical records, government identifiers, contact details, or other sensitive information. Calculator inputs normally stay in your browser and do not need to be included unless they are non-sensitive and necessary to reproduce an error.

Response expectations

Messages may be reviewed for relevance and abuse prevention, and may be hidden or deleted. A response or publication of a suggestion is not guaranteed.
