Third-party software notices

Gypes-specific pages, explanatory text, interfaces, and application logic are created for Gypes. The components below provide specialized low-level file, QR, PDF, archive, and OCR processing under permissive open-source licenses.

Copyright in each listed component remains with its respective author or contributors. The license links below are copies distributed with the site. License names are summaries; the linked license text controls.

OCR processing

• tesseract.js 7.0.0 — Tesseract.js contributors; Apache License 2.0. Provides the browser OCR API and Web Worker. License text.
• tesseract.js-core 7.0.0 — Tesseract.js Core and Tesseract contributors; Apache License 2.0. Provides the WebAssembly OCR engine. License text. Its compiled giflib, Leptonica, libjpeg, libpng, LibTIFF, libwebp, openlibm, Tesseract OCR, and zlib revisions and original notices are listed in the core dependency record.
• @tesseract.js-data/eng 1.0.0 — English integerized trained data distributed by the naptha/tessdata project. The npm package declares MIT metadata and the trained-data repository is Apache-2.0. License and provenance record; Apache License 2.0 text.

PDF processing

• pdf-lib 1.17.1 — Copyright © 2019 Andrew Dillon; MIT License. Used to combine PDF pages locally. License text.
• PDF.js / pdfjs-dist 6.1.200 — Mozilla and PDF.js contributors; Apache License 2.0. Used to render PDF pages locally. License text. Additional notices for bundled image-codec components are retained in assets/vendor/pdfjs/wasm/.
